Padmini Lingaraju is a chemical engineer with wide range of experience in the energy and chemical industries. She began her career as a Process Engineer and Technical Sales Engineer with leading technology licensing companies- Lummus Technology in New Jersey, USA and UOP-Honeywell in Illinois, USA Padmini later transitioned into market development and new business development roles at ExxonMobil, where she contributed to strategic initiatives in Catalysts & Licensing and Advanced Recycling. She has spent the recent 8 years of her career in new technology commercialization , launching new offers into the market. She currently serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at Ecovyst, a materials innovation company based in Conshohocken, near Philadelphia, where she focuses on enabling scalable solutions for carbon capture and sustainability-driven technologies. Padmini holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, USA.
