Dennis Bauer is the Head of Sales at NEUMAN & ESSER, responsible for the primary European market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering, and an MBA. Alongside his academic background, Dennis has gained extensive hands‑on experience at NEUMAN & ESSER across several roles. He joined the company in 2014 as a Project Manager, overseeing onshore and offshore projects in the mid‑ and downstream oil and gas sector. In 2020, he transitioned into the role of Area Sales Manager, covering multiple European regions. From 2021 onward, he expanded his focus toward developing NEUMAN & ESSER into a turnkey provider for fully integrated hydrogen projects. In 2023, Dennis played a key role in transforming NEUMAN & ESSER from a pure equipment supplier into a full EPC contractor. This included securing the company’s first order for a 10 MW PEM electrolyzer project featuring compression, a trailer filling station, and all required civil construction works. Since January 1, 2026, Dennis has served as Head of Sales for the primary European market. Combining practical industry experience with strong research expertise, he actively supports the transition from fossil-based to sustainable, non‑fossil energy solutions.
