This presentation will cover process development for catalyst ink formulation, coating catalyst layers, decal transfer, membrane electrode assembly (MEA) production and discuss different process routes and parameters as well as varying materials and recipes. Quality control aspects along the process chain will be mentioned as well. Thus, a full overview of the value chain from catalyst powder to full scale MEAs will be presented to the participants.
